A waitlist for a patient and carer app: medication reminders, appointments and notes. We're still building it. Members get beta and launch updates by email.

We're aiming for a public launch in 2027 across the UK, Northern Ireland and EU. Earlier steps — website, NHS beta, then wider waitlist beta — are on the home page roadmap. Dates are targets and may change.

Use Join the waitlist. We email a 6-digit confirmation code. Enter it to verify your address — that same code becomes your status PIN for signing in later.

Open Status and sign in with your email and 6-digit status PIN. Forgot it? We can email you a new one from the sign-in page.

Check spam and junk. Confirmation codes last 30 minutes. Request another from the confirm step or the Status sign-in page. Still stuck? Contact us.

Don't share your PIN. Add people to your account instead (up to 3, or 6 on an official NHS email). They get their own email and PIN. They can later ask for their own waitlist place from their status page — you approve or decline.

Yes. From their shared status page they can ask you to approve a separate waitlist place. You'll get an email and can approve or decline on your status page. If approved, they leave your account and get their own confirmation code.

Official NHS addresses: @nhs.net, @nhs.uk, @nhs.scot, plus trust subdomains (for example name@trust.nhs.uk). Most England staff use @nhs.net via NHSmail. Scotland staff may use @nhs.scot.

Early access before the 2027 launch. Official NHS emails are queued first after the website milestone. Wider waitlist beta follows on the roadmap. We may ask for proof of NHS employment before sending an invite.

Use Leave the waitlist on your status page, or the unsubscribe link in our emails. You can also contact us and we'll remove you.

We only store what you submit on signup and contact forms. Waitlist emails are never sold. See the home page for more on how we handle your information.
